Though its not hard to look around the NHL and see guys that are getting paid far more than they are worth I would still have to say the worst contract signing ever would be Rick DiPietro’s 15-year, $67.5-million deal compliments of New York Islanders GM Garth Snow. Not to mention that the guy seems to be injured more than he plays but when he does he's average at best!

I would agree with ya on the Dipietro signing but the Islanders made another one that wasnt too far off when they signed Alexei Yashin’s 10-year, $87.5-million contract. What the hell were they thinking???

no doubt!! how do I get this guy for an agent?
